GRP Finisher
We are looking for an experienced GRP Finisher to join our Advanced Laminates production team. You’ll be responsible for sanding, trimming, polishing, and repairing GRP moulded parts used in our Shower PODs, Bathroom PODs and engineered laminate product ranges.
Key Responsibilities
- Sanding, trimming, and preparing GRP components for finishing
- Polishing and detailing surfaces to required quality standards
- Carrying out cosmetic repairs, filling, and gel coat touch-ups
- Working from job sheets and production specifications
- Ensuring all parts meet quality and dimensional requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
About You
- Previous GRP finishing or laminates finishing experience
- Skilled with hand tools and power sanders/grinders
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to work efficiently to production targets
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
