GRP Finishers & Polishers

Advanced Laminates are expanding their team in Coventry and looking for experienced,  skilled and detail-oriented GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) Finisher/Polishers to join our production team. 

The successful candidates will be responsible for finishing, sanding, polishing, and repairing GRP components to ensure they meet high-quality standards. This role involves using various hand and power tools to achieve a smooth, glossy, and aesthetically pleasing surface on GRP products used in automotive, construction and bathrooms. 

The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and experience working with composite materials.

The main duties are:

• Surface Preparation
• Sanding and Grinding
• Polishing
• Repair Work
• Gel Coat and Primers application
• Quality Control
