Advanced Laminates are expanding their team and looking for experienced GRP Fibreglass laminators.

Must be experienced in the quality manufacture of gelcoat finished products via hand lay-up and spraying.

The main duties are:

Mould Preparation (Waxing, Sealants, Release Agents)
Read and understand lay-up specifications
Application of Gelcoating/Flowcoating to a high standard
Perform a range of laminating processes which may include Hand Lay-up, Wet-Lay and Spray Lamination
Use of hand tools
Identify laminating defects
Use of core materials and generic bonding pastes
Release of simple moulds
Use and control of patterns and jigs
